For me, inspiration is a mixture of energy, curiosity and idea - a combination of ideas that did not belong together before. I think it's the essential inner force behind change.

Structured
In change, it is important to set a rough course of direction - a description of what is to be achieved by the change, the vision. Managers and employees want us to proceed in a reasoned and confident manner - especially when dealing with completely new issues - and thus give them a feeling of security.
Security can initially also consist of highlighting areas in which nothing will change. In addition, we can provide process certainty, establish transparent communication and say where there are time frames for participation. This already significantly reduces stress in the organisation. But all this is only possible if we structure our approach and know what to look for and when.
