Change management expert out of conviction
I like the variety and the ever-changing challenges that change brings. I've been working in change management before the term really existed. At that time, it was basically about communication skills, process knowledge, psychological knowledge and pragmatism! Working closely with the people involved is important!

But perhaps most important is tolerance: for other perspectives, other opinions, other conclusions. As change leaders, we are not asked to judge others in their actions. We are expected to take them along on the journey, to give them security, to activate them and to support them in the implementation - for the success of the project and the psychological security of all. If we do this well, friction throughout the process is minimised.
We can only change sustainably if we do it together - sharing our knowledge and experience. For me, dealing well with change is an integral part of leadership! It needs us as leaders and our change competence, for the tasks of tomorrow. My contribution is to enable others to accompany change with fun and to lead it to success!

This course is the perfect additional qualification for all change facilitators and leaders.
We'll learn to see the change project through the eyes of the employees. Where can we meet them? What are their interests? What needs arise and when? We go through all the relevant stages of the change process step by step and therefore know which support is needed when.
Goal: Identify the need and accompany people safely and effectively through the change.

„Take a LEAD“ – Dieser Kurs richtet sich speziell an Projekt Manager & Change Leader.
We go into leadership and learn to analyse and plan change projects and to anticipate appropriate measures. This is especially important for two aspects: time and money. Many things need to be prepared BEFORE the need is urgent. The participants receive helpful process knowledge on the different types of change and transformation, appropriate to the needs of the employees. The toolbox is extended accordingly. In my experience, 80% of all changes can be led to success with this knowledge.
Goal: Plan, lead and successfully implement change initiatives with measurable results

This is the final training level for everyone that leads and guides the large transformation and change projects. The focus is on the size, complexity and the change time frame. Reliable, straightforward, flexible in application and - scalable!

What makes my training programme different from all the others? You, the trainee decide when you want to learn. All content is available to you when you need it. But that's not all! I will be assist you in your implementation throughout your change process. In addition, there is also access to the tools from each level, templates and explanations via my course platform. And this also extends beyond the duration of the course! With this training, participants receive knowledge AND the necessary infrastructure for implementation. That is my understanding of sustainable learning!
